7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- Digital Products (Freebies, PDFs): No refunds
- Programs: 7-day money-back guarantee (unless stated otherwise)
- Coaching Sessions: Non-refundable once booked
To request a refund, email support@positiveness.com within 7 days of purchase.
8. No Guarantees of Results
Our quizzes, programs, and content are designed to inspire and guide you. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., happiness levels, habit changes, life transformations).
Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
